Returns & refunds policy

 

At YNYM (TradeTastic International Limited), we are committed to delivering quality products and great customer service. Please carefully review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 


 

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You provide:

      • Your order number or proof of purchase

      • Clear photo(s) of the issue

      • Confirmation that the product is:

          • Unopened

          • Does not require refrigeration or freezing

          • At least 3 days away from its expiry or best before date

Please email us at info@ynym.co.nz to begin the process. Do not return any item without our prior approval and instructions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Important: You must arrange your own courier to return the product to us. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 


 

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • A replacement is unavailable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
