Our story began with a moment of inspiration in Taiwan, where our founder discovered traditional sun-dried noodles preserved from ancient mainland techniques. The unforgettable texture and flavour left a lasting impression—one that sparked a mission: to share this extraordinary craft more widely and redefine the standard of premium noodles.
Bringing this vision back to China, we meticulously refined traditional methods, combining the best regional techniques with modern precision.

Our signature “Sun-Dried Noodles” are the result of this dedication: crafted through a unique triple fermentation process, seven-stage pressing, and a full eight hours of natural sun-drying.

We use only the highest-quality high-gluten wheat, sourced globally to ensure exceptional chewiness, strength, and flavour — without any additives. After nearly a decade of continuous improvement, we’re proud to offer a noodle experience that is smooth, firm, and unmistakably authentic.

Factory Scale and Capability

Our production facility spans 118 acres, featuring the industry’s largest dedicated sunroom for natural drying.

Equipped with multiple advanced manual sun-drying production lines, we have a daily processing capacity of 150 tons of flour, producing 1.5 million noodle cakes per day.

Our advanced logistics and distribution system allows us to deliver consistent quality at volume to every corner of the world — while never compromising on the artisanal methods that define our brand.
